Our brain hates changes. It loves to stay in its comfort zone. Its first reaction to any change attempt is to create fear. It is usually very good at it and usually succeed in making us give up before we even try! This is why most people keep hanging on to an existence which does not fulfil them and end-up at the end of their life regretting of not having lived their true life. The fear of the unknown created by their brain dissuaded them to even try !

Fortunately, this reaction of our brain to any change has now been studied in depth and the most efficient practices to prevent it to stop us are now well known.Understanding and applying these practices is essential to prevent our brain to make us remain into its current comfort zone even if this comfort zone does not allow us to live a fulfilling life

Overcome the limiting thoughts and unavoidable fear and replace it by a burning desire to succeed and an absolute commitment take action is therefore a critical step. This must be precisely the objective of our first challenge.

2nd challenge

Liberate yourself from your current

The objective of the second challenge is to avoid the second fatal error of remaining prisoner of the limiting believes and conditioning which restrict us in just improving our existence within our existing limitations. Read more

Our brain has been conditioned since we have started our existence.  Until the age of seven the brain records all the information without applying any filter.  New tools and practices give us now the possibility to eliminate all the limiting beliefs and conditioning who have restricted us and prevented us to live our true life. This will be precisely the objective of this second challenge.

3rd challenge

Operate at your full potential

Once we have freed ourselves from the limiting beliefs and conditioning who deserve us, we can eliminate the third fatal error by taking full possession of all our potential and co-creation powers. But in order for us to be able to use fully our co-creation powers we have first to change the way we are used to operate. This represents an important challenge in itself and will be precisely the objective of the third challenge. Read more

Our education and environment has mostly focused on developing our rational mind to the point that our rational mind has become predominant at the expenses of other sources of intelligence. Recent science experiments have shown that we have other abilities to receive and treat information we do not fully leverage. Our heart for instance can receive and treat information independently of our brain. We now know that we do not have only a neuron network in our heart, we also have one in our gut. Each of these networks has unique abilities. In order to reach the state where we our able to co-create our life, we need in fact to leverage all these unique abilities.

4th challenge

Wake-up your co-creation

When we have learned to leverage all our abilities, the objective of the last challenge is to learn to co-create our life. We are all very familiar with the laws which govern matter much less with the laws which govern the quantum field. Learning these laws will greatly enhance our co-creation powers. Our current body of knowledge is based on four main hypothesis, determinism, strict causality, materialism and chance. Science has used so far the hypothesis of ‘chance’ to explain all they could not explain with the laws governing matter. The Chance hypothesis has been used, for instance, to explain the high level of organization observed in our body and our universe despite the growing entropy expected of any complex systems. The recent progress in Quantum physics have now proven that these four hypothesis on which science was based since 300 years are wrong. Through quantum physics, we also know that what science considered as void until recently is not void but full of energy, vibration and information. By adopting this new understanding of our reality, we can access huge co-creation powers based on the laws governing energy, vibration and the information realm. This is precisely the objective of the fourth challenge.

Fight our current acceptance to just exist and our belief that we have no other choice but to do so, overcoming the unavoidable fear and replacing it by a strong desire and commitment, liberating ourselves from limiting beliefs and conditioning, operating differently in order to leverage all our abilities and learning to use all our co-creation powers are the 4 essential challenges which can allow any person who really wants it to transform their current existence into a life which truly fulfils their needs.
